Hunar Se Rozgar Tak Program at Oscar Institute

Oscar Institute is a proud participant in the "Hunar Se Rozgar Tak" initiative, a skill development program launched by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The program equips individuals with skills for employment in the hospitality sector, emphasizing career opportunities for those from underprivileged backgrounds.

I. Courses Offered

Oscar Institute provides the following National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) approved courses under the "Hunar Se Rozgar Tak" program:

1. Multi-Cuisine Cook

2. Food & Beverage Service Steward

II. Attendance, Assessment, and Certification

Students with a minimum attendance of 80% are eligible to appear for assessments.

Certification is conducted by internal and external examiners, ensuring compliance with third-party evaluation standards.

Certificates mention the NSQF level attained by the trainee.

III. Outcomes of the Course

Oscar institute ensures that all participants achieve:

1. Employment: 70% of certified trainees are provided with job opportunities within three months of course completion.

2. Placement Standards: Trainees secure jobs with wages equivalent to or above industry minimums.

3. Self-Employment: Graduates engaging in entrepreneurial ventures are supported through guidance and proof-based documentation.

IV. Soft Skills Integration

All courses include modules on: Language skills, Computer literacy, Workplace etiquette. These skills enhance marketability and adaptability in professional environments.

V. Infrastructure Standards

VI. On-the-Job Training (OJT)

VII. General Instructions

1. Stipends and incentives (wherever applicable) are directly transferred to trainees' Aadhaar-linked bank accounts.

2. All details of pass-outs, including contact information and employment status, are maintained transparently on Institute records.
